Better photos of Sliding Folding Security Shutters

A great photo the engineers took of a sliding shutter installation at Caffe Ritazza. The shutter's pattern of open and closed sections beautifully complements the checkerboard finishing on the floor in front of the cafetaria.

Every sliding shutter that we install gets its own record that we keep on file. This file contains the shutters' technical drawings and specifications, installation details, and also photos.

Commitment to quality

We install many sliding shutters and it's part of our commitment to quality that we keep track of them all. This way, if we ever need to get back to a particular project (for example for planned maintenance), we can easily find all the details about it.

Photos to document work

So whenever a FlexiGlide gets installed, we ask the installation engineers to take a photo as a way of documenting their work. But of course they are shutters engineers first and photography isn't necessarily their thing. That means that in the past we didn't always get the best possible picture of a sliding shutter installation.

But now recently we've started specifically asking our engineers if they could take some better photos. You know with the whole shutter in it, no obstacles in the way, level, and with decent lighting. And they started to come back with some really nice sliding shutter photos. And I think they may have even got a bit carried away with these shots!

Sliding Shutter Photos

You'll find our shutters at the biggest brands across the UK as well as internationally. The sliding shutter photos below range from DKNY in London to Portsmouth Ferry Port. Our shutters are also as equally at home on reception desks.

Long and wide, curved sliding security shutter closing off a costa shop
FlexiGlide sliding shutters can span openings of any width. When not in use, this shutter slides away to the side where it gets stored out of the way in a custom made pocket, closed off by a door painted in the same colour as the walls.

Our sliding shutters are available in a variety of patterns and colours. Whatever your requirements, we probably have a solution that works for you.
Folding security shutter with small perforations on a reception desk
Sliding shutters from FlexiGlide are ideal for reception desks with limited height and corners. When the reception is closed, the shutter locks into unobtrusive sockets sunken into the desk. The sockets are about the diameter of a one-pound coin and have spring-loaded caps that automatically close them off when not in use.

Our sliding shutters operate without a bottom-rail, so there's nothing to trip over when the shutter is opened. You wouldn't even think a shutter was here when the shop is open...

FlexiGlide shutters can follow almost any curve. Circles, semi-circles, S-bends, you name it, we can deliver it. Talk to us for more info.

Installed behind glass, FlexiGlide shutters offer an increased level of security. Here the shop is completely protected after opening hours, while window-shoppers can still enjoy the goods on display.
A robust - celing to floor - sliding folding security shutter with a light curve
FlexiGlide sliding shutters operate manually, so there's no need for electrics. When not in use, they fold away completely, leaving the opening totally free.
